Since today morning my hand is itching and rashes and small pimples sort of thing is developed all over the skin. And it has infected the whole skin. And there is a lot of irritation all over my hand and palms.

Hi. Greetings. Since it's an acute condition I would advise you to visit a dermatologist b today only, since early treatment would bring early relief. This could be an acute allergic reaction or an infection (less likely). If you are unable to visit a dermatologist today you could send me pics on follow up chat.
