Dear sir but you were describing is most likely a fungal infection which takes time to improve. I believe the condition you talking about is the ring worm (not round worm) . The cream will have to be continued for almost a month for proper resolution also if you have more batches between your thighs or anywhere else in the body you will also need to take tablets.
