My son has tiny white patches on his right leg. I noticed it today in the morning. I am scared it doesn't affect him. Kindly help.

Few possibilities are there. It might be after some insect bite or it can be idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis. Both of them are not harmful condition. Most of the time Slowly it will go away..
