My facial skin is getting very unhealthy day by day.Initially pimples ,then turned into black marks,now extreme dryness and bad plastic like texture. Fed up of creams and tablets. Any treatment for smooth,clear and very fair and glowing skin. Plz suggest Cost does not matter My age 18 This leading to look very old age

hey Pimples at this age could be due to harmonal variation its quite common ,wash face twice daily avoid dust and pollution, don't puncture pimples it turns black, let it fade on its own , don't apply steroids without prescription . I cannot prescribe in online its illegal consult dermatologist
