Hello Doctors, Recently I had jock itch one month back around the groin areas and I used anti fungal cream to treat it and it's cured in a week. But now it started an another skin condition around scrotum for about a week. It's itchy(not severe) concentrated in a small area. A bit swollen and different. Not feeling pain if I pinch it. I thought of same fungal infection and used the same cream for a couple of days and its seemed better. So I stopped using the cream. Skin became dry and I peeled that small layer of skin which is drying out and torning. I thought it's cured. Today, it again swollen and some.fluid coming out of it. Now I'm afraid whether its something different. Pls suggest. Pic attached.
