I noticed that several number of flies are always around my head and body and not anybody else head but only mine. What kind of disease is it

Greetings. You may be having a sweaty scalp with excessive oily secretion and even dandruff. This may be causing your scalp to have some kind of an odour which may be attracting the flies.
