I have skin problem it appears as hot weather or summer start and it disappear as winter season start...patches on hand , hard skin on hand , rough skin i have taken many medicine so far like teczine and other antibiotic .. for further detail i have upload picture kindly check and let me know please... this problem goes worse as humidity goes high in summer and disappear as winter start homeopathy doctor diagnose this as contacted psoriasis

Hello.This looks like palmar eczema.Use a urea containing moisturiser like Xerina,locally twice daily and then apply Halovate S ointment also locally twice daily.Take Tab Levosiz 5 mg at night.Avoid contact with detergents and harsh soaps.
