I have oily skin and i have small bumps of white heads all around my nose since a month and i have been taking good care of my skin but the condition doesnt improove at all and now they are spreading all over my cheeks and if i remove them with an extractor they come back again. I even have issues with pigmentation and excessive sebum and mild pimples
