I have brown patches around my neck, shoulder till chest. Sometimes it's itching. Since many years I have this. But only around the neck region but recently I got around my chest

What uou are describing could be a fungal infection which can be treated. Although it doesnt give you any discomfort but the color change might be a more disturbing concern.
