I have a skin problem from almost 5 years. I am having itching rings on my left leg above ankles and they always come when there is cold weather. I take treatment for that every time they came from a good dermatologist, they get cured and then come again after some months. I don't know where to find a solution for that if anybody can suggest something good pls go ahead. I stay in Baner Pune
