I am having red line scars or stretch marks on my arms I used panderm on those areas now they are very red and deep stretch type its been 2 months I am applying bio oil and many vitamin e stuff but nothing is curing it please help

Greetings. No qualified person would have asked you to apply pan derm cream! Who asked you the apply that God forsaken cream?!! In any case, what is done is done. You can continue to  apply bio oil daily. You'll need to apply a topical retinoid based cream daily night and can try procedural treatment like fractional laser or fractional micro needling rf for improvement of the striae. Stop pan derm immediately! Warm regards
