Hi I have skin a problem,  there are acne on my back knees legs arms,  they appear and go after some days leaving white color spot.  strong itching happens in these.  I tried homoeopathy and alopathy, One Dr gave me allergy medicine.  Please guide me what to do.  After itching skin appear small dots like in pic 2.
