Hello Doctor, Recently i ve observed that my skin under & around testise are unusual dry, dark & damaged. problem is around testise & central joint only.  I don't know why it is so but i generally clean that area too while taking shower that too with dettol soap daily. Still my skin is not normal in that area. Pls suggest what could be the cause & medicines/cream to be applied to improve.
