Dear Dr, i have been facing an issue with some unknown rounded dot spot on an arm (left) and on finger. Still how many i have on body don't know. But those are not giving any pain or itchy but seems to be embarrassing in office. I couldn't able to identify what's this exactly, please let me know what is causing for this spots on my body. Please find the attached picture for your reference
