Long term use of  creams which contains corticosteroid and Hydroquinone make your skin thin and sensitive to sun and heat which further causes redness, burnung, drying and itching.
Next Steps
Stop using the cream and protect your skin from sun by using sun cream with SPF more than 30 you can also use Aloe vera to reduce the redness and overall appearance of your skin

If your cream created skin problem,it is better to stop using it.If the rashes disappear in some days, you need not do anything further but do not restart using the cream again. If however, the problem persists or aggravates, please see a Gynaecologist.
