It looks like post inflammatory hypo pigmentation. This could have occurred due to previous injury, or lip bite or angular chelitis or herpes infection. It usually settles in few weeks. If not you must see a dermatologist. Use a sunscreen regularly. Include vegetables and fruits in good quantity in your diet and that will prevent pigmentary changes in your skin and maintain it healthy. Hope this helps
