Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Just go through the contents of the cream and you will find a potent steroid in it. Any steroid containing cream should not be used on the face without a doctors prescription.  But you have abused it. Thats why you are having this. In india these type of creams are easily available in the market and since they are heavily advertised, people use it a lot withoit knowing the side effects. Hi.... For these scars you can use cocoa butter or vitamin E creams. Topical treatments with acids and chemical peels can be effective but can take a while for the skin to totally revert to its normal color.  Microdermabrasion can also be done, but this might require several sessions.  Skin resurfacing using lasers is also an option..... Consult Dermatologist they will do the needful......
