I have Melasma from past 5 yr on my cheeks..butterfly in shape...i got this during my pregnancy time...so is there any possible treatment to remove all the brown patches from my face...thanks

Greetings. Yes there are various treatment possible. Firstly we should determine whether your melasma is epidermal ( better prognosis ) or dermal in origin. U can try creams containing hydroquinone 2-4% , then slowly v can step up with chemical peels and Q switched NdYAg laser. Also, sunprotection is a must. Regards
