I hd a fair skin colour earlier, bt Wid each passing year, i sw a lil darkning  happng on my face and arms.d Only reson  i cld understnd tht time ws, my extremely high intensity of sun exposure during my sports activity. Bt Now that a slightly thinner yet visible layer of pigmentation hs happened. Plz sggst treatments

Hi As  your history is only sun exposed areas it looks like you have sunburn, use sunscreen with good spf half an hour before going out to avoid ... Kindly consult dermatologist if severe ... as treatment is totally based on one's skin type and severity and extent of condition...
