I am staying in Kerala. Whenever there is rain or during winter the mosquitoes increases and I get a lot of bites because of which I get lot of black pigments on my hands elbows and legs which looks very dirty. Once summer comes all the pigments goes off.I am applying halovate f cream but it is not very effective. Any home remedies beside covering up my legs and hands or any creams also I have dark skin on my back of neck and under eye its dark.
