I am planing of using castor oil for skin pigmentation , eyelash eyebrow growth, skin cleanser, for acne breakouts,. Wud this result in facial hair growth as is the case wid eyebrow eyelash? Suggest me something for immediate relief from dark circles . I have tried under eye vlcc almond cream and drink plenty of water but no use.
