Black colour Skin pigmentation present over the left leg since 1 year. Took many treatment not curable

There can be many reasons for your pigmentation some can be treated but some can not. You have not given much details of your condition and treatment taken. However you can try hydroquinone 5% cream over the lesion but it should be supervised. You can also consult any dermatologist for the various lasers that is available for some of the pigmentory disorders.
