  4. Skin itching. An allergy. please advise.

Skin itching

For the past two year I have itching on my upper back and the skin is getting dark, now for the past three months it is spreading to my upper arms and neck with freckles. Have been to a number of Dermatologists who have prescribed anti histamines and creams with no relief, saying no cause for concern and is just an allergy. Please advise. Thank You.
