Skin inflamation after fissure surgery

2 months ago ,undergone fissure suregry ,now everything is normal as such no more cut or fissure confirms doctor but during long sitting hours ,discomfort and bit burning feeling occurs in perianal region may be due to skin inflammation and bit reddish skin appears as per doctor. What can be done..ointment /cream?

Probably Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
