Suffering from skin infection around the breast area and armpit, it's got severe burning sensation. can you please suggest.

This looks like Herpes Zoster. It can lead to severe burning sensation & pain over the involved area. This needs to be treated with Oral Antivirals. Kindly consult online for proper management.
