Skin infection and problem

I have been having psoriasis from past few years, is there ayirvedic treatment for this.And also recently from a year been suffering from Lichen Planus.It is said that there is no medicine for it, the lichen planus has been curing but i have scars of it left behind, what to do to cure this.
