Skin got damaged and thinned I want to thicken it back..also skin get pigmented and dark..want to treat under eye hollowness.

First you should stop using whatever steroid cream you are using Then you can add a moisturiser along with sunscreen in starting phase Once your skin stops reacting to moisturiser and sunscreen we can add depigmenting agent for pigmentation
