I had sex with my partner but little rough so that the next day got some cuts on my penis which I'm getting swelling and pain and irritation... Some one help me with that

Hi, As you said due to rough sex you have cuts, leading to swelling, pain and irritation. Give time to your body to heal,it will get ok in day or two. If not the. Contact again to start with treatment. Try to use lubricants next time more. Feel free to contact me if you have doubts.
