Skin and nose irritation,sleep disturban

My Daughter 3 yrs old has sleep disturbans as she is always have cold and allergies. It was diagnosed in nose  X Ray that her nose glands has inflammation. Took one month course of montec and steroids nose spray. Now that course period is over still we see irritated skin with itching and improper sleep. Please advise wat we can do for her, Thanks. Grief Parents
