1. I have a white patch development under my eyes and it usually gets dried under my eyes then it gets whitish. Its been like 8 months or more the condition is this.. Been to dermatologist many a times they have like no reply someone says due to access cold in your body, some says may be some pollution allergies. Kindly let me know how to cure that dryness under my eyes and get back my jormal color under my eyes. 2. I ma having heavy hair fall and my hair has not grown even more than 2" since 1 year and i still have a short hair till my shoulder since 1 year.  Kindly help me with this.
