Skin allergy with rashes

My son is having skin allergy from last 1 year almost. Sometimes rashes comes out and causes etching and pain. Infact we all in our family facing such problems. When anti allergy medicine taken things gets normal for couple of days but again same thing happens. Not getting any permanent solution, kindly help us to permanently resolve and get out of this problem.
