What you have is extrinsic atopy with raised IGE levels and associated allergies to certain food items .
What you can do is maintain a food diary and note the food you are allergic to ?
Its right once you have internal tendency to develop urticaria its difficult to suppress.
You will have to take anti histamine for quite some time
It isn’t harmful
Food allergy test sometimes aren’t that accurate because these are foreign kits
Maintain a food diary and note your symptoms
Avoid peanut , sea food , preservative food , milk based diet
take antihistamine and there is no harm in taking this under dermatologist supervision
