In winters/cold weather if i suddenly start feeling hot or i go out in da sun or do some physical workout and my body warms up, it starts itching badly and my skin starts burning as if someone is poking me with needles all over the body . can some1 plz tell me y is dis happening and what can be its possible treatment?

U might b having cholinergic urticaria. Use nycil podwer avoid sweating. Use tablet levoaiz m bd. Consult a dermatologist near u

You might be suffering from cholinergic urticaria , try Abzorb powder after bath and apply calamine lotion immediately when the rash appears. Don't vary the body temperature as much as possible as itching is mainly because of that.
