Skin allergy in hand elbows

I am suffering from skin allergy on both hand elbows and leg elbows. Allergy is like small small water bubble type at elbows. Night time I am getting more itching that place. I am having thyroid problem. I would like to know what could be reason for my allergy. Please share me what precautions I can take care get away from this problem. Your detail response is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
