I got the red rashes on my body and it's getting itching and burning also... I don't know how the allergy came and all... But it's getting very pain

You have not described the location so it is difficult to diagnose. It may either be fungal infection or urticaria. If it is fungal infection it can spread for the on your body and also to other members in the house.
