It luks like contact dermatitis..papular lesions with dryness. You can use dermadew aloe cream generally around that area also & H.H.Fudic cream on spots after 5minutes of derma dew cream topical application. Tab.dazit M daily night for 10 days.
Next Steps
avoid any topical application of any irritatants
