Skin allergy burn and peeling

Hi i am 11 week pregnant. I had a severe face skin allergy and my skin got burns, redness and itching. Now my face skin is peeling and is turning flaky. But still i have pain and dryness. I am putting  coconut oil on my face. It is reducing dryness but pimples are coming. Derma has give momate cream and emolene cream to put on face. Are these cream safe in early pregnancy? Kindly suggest.
