Skin Allergy - 10 weeks pregnant

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I see small rashes on both hands and legs ..(behind knees). And now I see them on the thighs also. I checked with my doctor she says it's not related to folic acid and asked me to take citrizine. But it has not helped me. Please check the photos attached and let me know your suggestions. Thank you
