Hi m suffering from severe cold, headache and fever from last 3 days ,I took a azithramicyn 500 3 days 3 tablet , but it doesnt effect , now m feeling my body is loose and m sleeping full day . my full body is paining and little bit fever is also there, and full of cold and headache and cought is also there, suggest me
