My problem is left chest pain since one year... In one year I did 25 ecg... ""Two months back done tmt that was also  negative (normal") One month back echo normal... In janavary first done high sensitive trophonin normal... 10 days back thyroid test normal Sugar test normal Today done ecg I atttached  pic 6 months back lipid prof normal Still left upper back pain, left hand pain ... Why sir this all test normal... Next step plzz sir... Plzzz say clarity doctors
