Sir I have undergone upper G.i endoscopy .I am attaching my report sir . please check and tell what's the problem.Doctor prescribed me pantocid HP kit for 14 days course.please tell.

U have a Duodenal ulcer , may be H. Pylori related. But the report does not have any information regarding H.pylori test. If ur doctor is sure of positive for H. Pylori infection (RUT TEST) u can continue that. Usually ulcer will take 4-6 weeks to heal. As per ur report , nothing to worry if H. Pylori is eradicated.
Next Steps
Continue H.pylori kit for 14 days and review after 2 weeks. After that use pantop for another 4 weeks
