Im suffering from urtecaria form last 4 month's and my eosinophils value is 09% and doctor prescribed me take L- cetnid -10 before sleeping , I'm avoiding all type off itching food only eat friut -apple and white rice all pulses , but at night specially the itching started and red , pink bump appear ,and  continue 2year  I'm smoking cigarettes but now I'm stoped smoking  from last 1 year , sir it's food allergy or other ..
