Thankful to him very much. Patient has suffered 4 times through Shoulder Dislocation in last 6 months not automatically but due to sudden jolt experienced during throwing action. There are Hill Sachs Lesion and Bankart Lesions displayed in his MRI Report just obtained in last month. Report also says that Focal Dippresion is seen in posterolateral humerus head with minimal marrow edema around and rest of visualised portion of head proximal humerus glenoid show normal signal without any focal lesion.
