ECG has what it is called as early repolarization changes and an incomplete right bundle branch block. You should get further evaluation done from cardiologist you will need a physical examination with 2D echocardiography and repeat ECG to check if there are any progressive changes. Then we can discuss if you need further evaluation or not.
