Sir I have thyroid before pregnancy and am also taking medicine for it of 50mg..after pregnancy my tsh level is 4.5 in starting third month of pregnancy ,but my Dr. Does not increase the dose of medicine ...now I am 5month pregnant..still the dose is 50mg...what I can do...does it effect my baby Am very worry about it sir Please help me
