Sinusitis problem
I have stuffy blocked nose for last 8 month the left side is sometimes open for breathing in but not for breathing out the right side is better I can breath in & out not when laying down. The blocked nose is worse when in cold & especially bad when laying down. I already try ayurvadic medicine ( panchindry oil) daily am taking steam but still problem is not resolved.
Please suggest me what I will do?
