Sinus with Cold&Cough

Struggling for 2 days. Taking self medication (paracetamol and decongestant tablet) and applying Vicks vapourub since last night but sinus pain is still there with cold nose and slight cough. What should I take?

Hello... You can continue paracetamol till fever or pain subsides...continue to take decongestant till a week...you need to take steam atleast thrice a day...drink lots of water...consult a physician or ent specialist if symptoms persists even after a week or you see no improvement in 2-3 days
