Sinus tachycardia

Sir my heart beat varies between 85 to 105 in resting condition . I have done my ecg there it has been shown and told by the doctor that I have sinus tachycardia but I do not have arrhythmia. Sir do I have chances of heart attack or brain stroke. Sir I am 19 year old

No these are not symptoms of heart attack. Causes of tachycardia are anxiety, fever, dehydration, anemia, thyroid problems. Need to evaluate the cause before advising further treatment
