Sinus tachycardia after C-Section

My wife was delivered with emergency C-section on 3 Sep 2017 due to severe pre-eclampsia. Her BP got normalized however she is having sinus tachycardia with heart rate of above 110 since discharge.We had consulted a GP yesterdat who asvised us to take labetolol and clonazepam (considering tachy due to anxiety).

Slowly it will be normal. Sometimes Anemia can cause sinus Tachycardia
