Do i have sinus related problem if a i have congestion feeling above the eyebrows and behind the ears...and how often a day taking steam would help??

Congestion behind ears doesn't generally indicate a sinus infection rather it may be a mastoid infection. Congestion above eye brow can have many reasons from skin to ENT and ophthalmic cause. So kindly provide more details about your complaints to understand better.
